BOLD, DTI & Perfusion – Easy merging to neuronavigation
NordicNeuroLab is happy to announce the release of nordicBrainEx v2.2
With the release of this latest version of nordicBrainEx, NordicNeuroLab is strengthening its position within the clinical neuroimaging segment with a software tailored for easy merging to neuronavigation.
The changes in the version 2.2 are improvements to different support functionalities with a focus on enhancing the workflow towards third-party neuronavigation systems:
- It is now possible to merge DSC-derived blood volume maps with a structural underlay, to be used in third-party neuronavigation system
- VOIs can now be used to filter the BOLD activation or blood volume regions to be merged for use in neuronavigation
- Palette scales applied for overlays in the MPR and slice packages
- Intensity curves and histograms available in slice packages
- One-click option to save and send all derived data to a secondary DICOM node
- Easy access to fiber tracking termination criteria, including number of seeds per voxel, and restart of the fiber tracking algorithm
- Simplified workflow for DSC analysis as verification of bolus arrival frame has become an optional step after the analysis
- Improved GUI
